Icelandic Rainbow ~ Iceland

A Rainbow during sunset in the wild in Iceland.

For my 30th birthday, I decided to visit two countries that always made me dream: Ireland and Iceland.

No need to mention how awesome my trip was and how I fell in love with both countries. They are truly some of the most ‘magical’ places on this planet.

During my stay, I think I’ve never seen this many rainbows in my whole life combined by far. I had overcast and rainy weather most of the time (except in Reykjavik where I had beautiful warm weather) and every little ray of sunshine piercing the cloud cover painted a rainbow in the beautiful landscape.

Sadly, no leprechauns or elves were sighted.

Quick Tips:

Don’t be fooled by the number of megapixels while purchasing your camera. Most recent DSLRs are all good enough for big prints and good photos for personal use (unless you want to print on billboards). Instead of upgrading your camera body, invest in high quality lenses.
